Aloe vera is a succulent plant with thick juicy leaves.Apart from having a rejuvenating and soothing properties, it contains many medicinal properties too.It is a good cosmetic for all skin type.It is used in  various forms as gel, oil, juice and as whole plant too....
                                                

It can be used for all skin type even for highly sensitive skin too as it is very soothing and does not cause irritations.

 Its anti- inflammatory properties help in treating blemishes, acne and other skin problems.

The gel extracted from the leaves of the plant when applied to the skin, softens dead skin cells leaving the skin feeling soft and smooth upon regular use. It also delays visible signs of ageing reduces wrinkles.

Aloe vera gel is extremely beneficial for dry skin. It is a natural moisturizer as the moisture content locked in it. This gel keeps the skin hydrated and increases its elasticity. Tips for getting a healthy skin

Sharing a short and easy process to help you get healthy skin. Sometimes we think that after eating healthy food why our skin is not glowing or why we facing skin problem? Let us have a look on tips to take care of skin.

1) Wash your face with good cleanser that suits your skin. Do not use ordinary soap otherwise it washes off your natural face oil. If you have dry skin then select cream based cleanser. If you have oily skin then select oil free, water based cleanser.

2) Wash your face twice in a day, one in morning and another one before going to bed. Sometimes you think that your face is clean but do not forget that it might have unseen impurities that stick to your skin.

3) Do not wash your face with too hot or too cold water as it causes wrinkles. 

4)Always wash your face with room temperature water or use lukewarm water.

5) Avoid using family towel as it might aid in transfer of bacteria or infection from one person to another. Try to use separate laundries.

6)Pay more attention on eye skin because skin around the eyes is very delicate.

7) Twice exfoliation in a month is good enough. Use natural ingredients such as oatmeal, orange peel or gram flour for exfoliation.

Once in a month facial is good enough. You can do facial at home also and all facial ingredients are available in your kitchen.Do not forget moisturizer. It helps to keep your skin young and hydrated.
