INGREDIENTS.....
Sesame seeds( til) 1-1/2 cup
Jaggary (gur) 1cup
Cardamom powder. 1tbs
Khoya. 1 cup
Grated coconut powder. 1/2 cup
METHOD.........
1) Roast sesame seed on medium flame for 5 -10 minuts. Then grind it to make a coarse powder .
2) Grind the jaggery too and pour it in the plate .
3) Fry the khoya ( mawa) .
4) In a deep bowl mix sesame seed , jaggery, mawa , cardamom powder and grated coconut powder .
5) Now mix them well and make the small balls .
Now the laddus are ready to eat .You can keep these laddus for 2 to 3 weeks in air tight container.
Til laddus are the traditional desert which is prepared during ganesh chaturthi and sankranti. Sesame seeds are rich in iron ,calcium and magnesium. And since jaggery is used in it which is highly rich in iron. So its also good for health.
