PALAK DAAL....
Ingredients..
Toor daal. 3/4cup
Chopped spinach. 3cup
Chopped onion. 1/2cup
Ginger garlic paste. 2tbs
Chopped green chilly. 3
Cumin seeds. 1/2tbs
Turmeric. 1/4tbs
Oil and salt.

PALAK DAAL....

METHOD.....
- Take toor daal ,turmeric and adequate amount of water in pressure cooker and cook. When it cooks well then mash it and keep aside.
- Heat the pan and fry cumin seeds and add ginger garlic paste and fry till it becomes brown.
- Now add green chilly and onion and fry . When the onion becomes golden brown then add spinach,turmeric and salt.
- Cook it for 4 to 5 min. and then add toor daal and water and boil it properly .
- Now garnish with coriender leaves and serve .
