EASY HOME MADE FRUIT SAUCE

Today our kids need lots of variety in food . They love to eat all those unhealthy junk foods having lots of
spices and no any nutritious values .

 They hate eating fruits and healthy vegetables.

Here i am sharing a simple and easy made fruit sauce recipe which your kids love to eat .

You can give this sauce to your 6 to 7 month baby also who can not eat fruits directly.
INGREDIENTS........

           
                
Strawberry
                 Apple.           1
                 Orange juice.     One cup
                 Sugar    1/2cup
                 Salt.       1/2tbs

  • Take strawberrise and apple , wash well and blend them to make thin paste. Strain the pulp in strainer and leave the residue .Now add orange syrup  in the strained solution.
  • Take a fry pan and heat it on flame . Then pour small amount of butter and then add the solution. Stir continously or the sauce becomes pulpy. When the mixture becomes little thick then add  salt and sugar and stir it. 
  • When the solution becomes thick then remove it from flame and keep it in refrigerator .
Now your home made fruit sauce is ready to eat. And i am sure that your little ones love this sauce to eat like mine son.

STRETCH MARKS AND TIPS TO REDUCE THEM

Congratulations , you are pregnant ! But with this amazing and world's best news for you , lots of doubts come in your mind like weight gain , unmanaged figure due to which you have to say bye to shorts ,tights and other favourite dresses .Apart from all the most important thing which will always with you for your life time is stretch marks which once come will never go .

Stretch marks are also the important part of pregnancy and they come early or late phase of pregnancy. As you put on weight the muscles of abdomen stretched and the marks appear in the form of red ,fine lines in the early or late of seventh month.

The marks starts in the forms of fine red lines in the dermis(middle layer of skin) but as the time passes and baby grows in your tummy she needs more and more space and to accomodate her, your abdomen also stretched more and more . Due to this stretching the lines become more prominent and finally appear on outer layer ( epidermis) of your skin in the form of scar and later called stretch mark.

Not every woman gets stretch marks during pregnancy. Doctors think some woman get stretch marks because their bodies produce more of the hormone, corticosteroid, than normal. This hormone decreases the amount of collagen in the skin, and collagen is the protein which keeps our skin fibres stretchy. Most people’s skin needs daily help to give it the best chance to survive the 9+ months intact.

Here are some tips which help you to prevent stretch mark.....

1)STAY HYDRATED......
        Take plenty of water as it helps to keep your skin hydreted and helps in maintaining its elasticity.

2)MOISTURISE WITH OIL......
       Take some coconut oil, shea butter and cocoa butter. Mix them and melt in microwave and finally add some vit. E oil . Its a very good home made BELLY BUTTER to prevent pregnancy stretch marks.

3)TAKE HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS FOOD.....
       Eat balanced , nutritious and fibrous diet rich in vit. C,vit. E and other vitamins and minerals. Fibres keeps your digestion good while vit. C helps in regeneration of connective tissue .   Vit. E  is a powerful  anti-oxidant that protects the collagen fibers in your skin from damage due to free radicals. This keeps the collagen fibers strong and promotes skin elasticity.


4)USE COCONUT OIL.....
       Coconut oil also have a great moiturising ability. Simply take few coconut oil on your palm and rub it gently in circular motion for ten min. This keeps your skin soft . Repeat this 2 to3 times a day helps in reducing stretch marks.

DIY TIPS TO FIGHT AGEING

Ageing is the natural and non stop process which can not be stopped but by using some natural and home made tips we can slow this process and look younger and beautiful .
Here are some tips which you should try before going to market for purchasing those expensive anti ageing and anti wrinkle creams.

  • EGG PACK......Egg contains lots of antiageing elements like Omega 3fatty acid, Protein,Zinc and the yolk contains a special compound called  BIOTIN .Biotin helps in fat production in body and repairs the damaged skin and keeps away the wrinkles. Egg is also known for tightening the skin.
Take one tbs egg white , half tbs malai and one tbs fresh lemon juice in a bowl . Mix them well and apply on your face . Leave it for 15 min then wash your face with cold water. Use this pack  every alternate day to get better results .
  • HOME MASK........pimple and blackheads are the common problem foe all teenager and most of the women.A very simple and home made mask for this is applying a mixture made up of  equal amount of fresh lime juice , rose water and glycerine before going to sleep.
  • YOGURT PACK..........It is rich in vit.A which is also a antiageing element.It releases wrinkle preventing nutrients when consumed daily.
Take a tbs of honey, 2 tbs of yogurt, 1 tbs of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric and a capsule of vit.E(cut it from tip and pour the liquid into pack). Now mix well all these ingredients and apply all over your face. Leave it for 15-20 min and then wash with luke warm water.
  • PAPAYA PACK..........papaya is rich in  antioxidants and contains the  enzyme called PAPAIN that kill dead cells and cure skin impurities. It also help in regenerating new cells and increase elasticity and glow of skin .
Take few pieces of ripe banana. Mash it with warm water to make a smooth paste . Apply this paste all over your face ,leave it for 15 min then wash with warm water.
  • LEMON JUICE........Last but not the least remedy is lemon juice which is easily available and contains lots of property .It use everywhere from whitening teeth to fading freckles , age spot and darkening elbow and knees .Lemon juice contains vit. C which naturally fades MELANIN pigment ,substance that is responsible for dark spots. To remove these age spots simply take few drops of fresh lime juice apply on all over your face and elbows everyday for 6 - 7 weeks regularly and u will get the visible result .Leave this juice for 15 min and then wash.
These are some simple and easily available home made remedies which can help you looking younger ,glowing and beautiful.So before going to malls for searching costly antiageing creams must apply these remedies once .Because my experience says that home made remedies show their results late but without any side
effect.

TIL K LADDU

INGREDIENTS.....                                              
   Sesame seeds( til)            1-1/2 cup
   Jaggary (gur)                    1cup
   Cardamom powder.          1tbs
    Khoya.                            1 cup
    Grated coconut powder.  1/2 cup
METHOD.........
1) Roast sesame seed on medium flame for 5 -10 minuts. Then grind it to make a coarse powder .

2) Grind the jaggery too and pour it  in the plate .

3) Fry the khoya ( mawa) .

4) In a deep bowl mix sesame seed , jaggery, mawa , cardamom powder and grated coconut powder .

5) Now mix them well and  make the small balls .

Now the laddus are ready to eat .You can keep these laddus for 2 to 3 weeks in air tight container.

Til laddus are the traditional desert which is prepared during ganesh chaturthi and sankranti. Sesame seeds are rich in iron ,calcium and magnesium. And since jaggery is used in it which is highly rich in iron. So its also good for health.
